She is a social activist who has been actively involved in social work for a long time. In particular, she works with survivors of acid attacks. Additionally, she collaborates with various organizations to advocate for the rights of underprivileged and marginalized communities. Currently, she is working as a West Bengal, Coordinator for Brave Souls Foundation. For her courageous and impactful work, she has been honored with several recognitions. • In 2022, she received the “Onanya” (Unique) award from Zee24 Ghanta.
• In 2019, she was honored by Lady Brabourne College and Rabindra Bharati University.
